Salmon Loaf

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Drain salmon

In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients.

Carfully crush the salmon bones between your thumbs and index fingers until they are very fine pieces.

Combine.

Pack into a buttered 9-by-5-inch loaf pan, leveling and smoothing the top with a fork.

Bake for 45 minutes.
